The leader of the guild had to of assigned them that role, I doubt there was any cheating involved. So it's probably best to ask your leader. Also Seniors can remove people from the guild if you were wondering.

4 star Halloween Kimimaro isn't unusual especially since he has been in pretty much every spending event since he came out and he is in the 100k special rebate (may be level restricted event). They very well could've spent 100k ingots, but if they're only 31k bp. If they don't have Susano Shisui then odds are they haven't spent 100k. There is nothing su*ious about that account and it's a server based game that is almost impossible to cheat in. If I had to guess on how they got 4 star Kimimaro probably would be they spent 40k+ on rng events he was in/recharge wheel (currently 80 frags in shinobi feast recharge) and got him with rng and redeemed the 40k 100 frags from Tsukuyomi rebate.

Mysterious shop update... Why not just update the other shops as well? Feel like this is going to be another 4+ weeks before we see another shop update if we are lucky. Yet another week with a new function or an actual Tsunade NPC update. You sure this is 6.0? Be sure to release a new ninja next week, can't stray from the new ninja every 2 weeks format to idk release new things to do...

When are we getting a new function like Secret Scrolls? Only new thing that has been pumped out is new ninja and the game is getting stale. We still have yet to see any changes to Tsunade NPC besides terrible skill books being added that no one will ever spend for. Grocery shop could also use an update. Can't even remember the last time we got anything new there. Version 6.0 a new ninja is coming every 2 weeks...

Yeah there are a few ways to fix it, but updating server clusters is probably one of the simpler options. Honestly don't see that happening anytime soon. Tsunade NPC was the last new feature I remember being added and that's been I think over 6 months and it has yet to see any updates besides useless skill books. Only new thing(s) we can expect every other week is a new ninja. Story update, instance update, ti update, new events, power features, shop updates, and honestly probably more stuff just can't remember. So if this isn't being updated/added I don't see clusters being updated anytime soon.
