That's not true, facts:1. i recharge 8000 ingots but I did not receive them in game2. the account in bank has been charged 99,99 USD, 49,99 USD and 9,99 USD3. I wrote a complaint to oasis and paypal4. I set up a dispute in the PAYPAL transaction system 5. it's not true that I demanded a refund - I can do it from 31/05/2019! after 7 days! - and I will definitely do it
