Minato does counter Kakuzu with the right Team. Pretty standard and most used should be Minato with Nagato und Hashirama (all breakthrough) and main like fire or earth. But it isn´t arguable that Kakuzu does it hard. So you do have a chance even with lower KK but it gets smaller by difference

I guess it Comes down to your Opponent. ´Shisui Excels only if you´re faster - which you can only answer yourself. Are you pretty fast? Otherwise I´d * to Kushina, depending on how far you´ve come maybe 4 star her. She´s pretty much worth it.

Isn´t it pretty much within the normal Teams to Play Naruto with (pref lightning or earth) main, Minato (barrier) und some random - like edo itachi, killer bee, or fu? Have tried out that already?

I went for the last 40K FukoDeal and I got a lot of speed, because I went for the trainings potions (take care of limiations). In this situation I did not care about the 2nd week and it was considerable easy to spent the 40K.
