the trick with that was it was done during the 1.0 days before they added in all these extra things that increase battle power it is easy to remove things as a whole but only keeping one thing on now requires a lot of code correction on what is turned off what is left on and all that extra coding takes time and money to do

well its not 100% Oasis fault don't forget Tencent the Chinese server has the game they are the ones that Oasis gets this from and if they don't update or patch content Oasis can't really do anything about it

I was refering to the prize ninja the first 3v3 had you needing to get prize frags from all of the required wins if I remember right they added up 13-16 frags and the first 3v3 was only open for a little over a week

the only value in the 3v3 or in any PvP anything is the prize and considering the prize anyone really wants is frags to unlock or power up a ninja it doesn't really matter to the people running the game since you can get frags from 3v3 without having to win so they don't need to fix it actually scratch that from their perspective they already fixed it enough
