I definitely second the posting of events in its entirety beforehand. In this day and age, why is there a transparency issue to the people who avidly support and follow the game title. Recharge rebates are meant for people who pay to play which means the people keeping the game alive. Not to sound demeaning but there will only be one of three situations that arise from doing this1) Gamers who have recharged before the recharge event started feeling cheated to an extent and complain either through CS or forums demanding their worth for the money spent. 2) Total giving up on spending and not spend a dime on the game again to avoid feeling cheated and warns others not to spend as well. 3) feels that OAS is a money grubbing company that has no intention of being transparent and giving the best to its community which will lead to leaving the game and taking their friends along with them. (And pst these are the spenders)I strongly suggest that events should be posted in their entirety in a complete manner to avoid the following1) community rant on OAS that they have cheated them for this. rant leads to followings leads to strike leads to boycott.2) Losing player base made by just not understanding the community at large. People love information. It lets them process and make wise decisions but while certain things are meant to be publisher or dev only. Events certainly are not and while this may be a once small issue, several small issues rolls into a big issue which will by then be unstoppable. Please try to understand the ramifications things like this can cause. For the case of player base hitting off on moderators please try to understand he has been nothing but great in the forums from what I see so far much better than demeaning the player base.Lets just all hope that for our sake things like this will really be heard and followed up upon appropriately.

what is real feedback to you mods then? players are telling you that they would like to be compensated if they missed the timed events due to server maintenance. Is that not feedback? But the answers you guys gave were: "sorry no compensation? and That is correct. To make sure we will provide the best gaming experience for our players, we have to delay maintenance. We are sorry but there is no reason to give players compensation. Compensation for what. ? Updating the game ? I understand some of you might miss first convoy and plunder but that doesn't mean you can't do it later."To me I really could care less if we get compensated. I'm more annoyed at the tone used to tell players they won't be. Why can't you guys just say hey I'll bring this higher up and see if we can work something out. BTW it is normal practice for gamers to be compensated if there is extended maintenance and it caused disruption to timed events.
