You could probably use him with sasuke, kimimaro, and the sword passives. The combo doesn't have to be perfect, but make sure it's doing Tobi's chase and causing paralysis.

Since you almost have enough fragments for Shark summon, I'll assume by now that you it. If you do, then here is a team that you'll hopefully find useful.

Main Hinata X
Sasuke Tobi X

Talents:
2, 3, 3, 1/3, 1
Summon: Shark
With this setup, you will usually get a nice 9 combo on the enemy team.
