You c*e ASCII codes to replace 'space' when you use the rename card that can be bought in the shop icon below your screen.

Ex:
• Alt+32
• Alt+255

Bonus:
• Alt+13 = ♪ (Hidden sound ninja logo):P

    Thank you greatly for the swift reply, and I apologize for my late reply. I appreciate your comment, and from it I learned a way to space on Naruto Online but with all due respect the purpose of my suggestion was that 'space' became a feature so to speak from the get-go of character creation, so players don't have to cleverly bypass the restriction through utilizing rename tags, haha.
