Who do you think the best character is when starting a new server? (From level 1 to 40 mainly, but up to 60 when first change available)

I'm thinking the order would probably be

1. Midnight Blade - Interrupt, aggresive, decent chase options, anbu tactics
2. Breeze Dancer - no cost mystery, decent chases, clones, shield.
3. Scarlet Blaze - cancels healing....
4. Crimson Fist - interrupt, tanky, otherwise not very good early game?
5. Azure Fang - kills naruto clones with poison r1, neurotoxin, otherwise weak early game.
