  • Had same problem. Use draw 10x twice but cant claim 2nd summon rebate.

I dunno about the other guy, but your screen shot looks like:
draw x10
claim summon rebate
draw x10 (using up the event rebate one in the process, which doesn't count toward rebate)
so now you have finished 2 x10 quest but only at 19/20 for rebate (cause it's 10+ (9+1fake))

If you go to the summon rebate event page (where you took the screen shot), and click the blue question mark on the upper right, it will TELL you that it doesn't count.

You do realize that they need your name AND server (which is shown) to help you, if they decide to try, right? Hiding your name.... yeah, real good plan. If you don't want it exposed on the forum, send a support ticket instead.
