Hi all, is the wild west clothing worth the price in the time limited shop? Are the added stats applicable to all my characters or only for my main ? Thanks in advance!!

Thanks for the insight guys, this current event looks like there isnt much good stuffs to grab besides the limited packs. Hopefully the wild west event comes back frequently in future to make the frags farming much easier
