tobi has too much going on for himself to not be called op...chases his own mystery which does hella damage plus ignition at the end...he deifnitly needs some kind of nerf he is literally every fire mains go to and now i see more earth using him which makes him even worse...like something needs to be done to him

i hope its cause of the server going down cause i 3 starred the last mission u can do for plot instance when turning 80 fighting fierce kakashi but when i went to it again it stilll said i didnt do it
