Ok I've just passed Ninja Exam 98 with Wind Main and modified Empress Team.
Level 83, 36903 BP. All ninjas 83 Awakened fully and cultivated fully. (Tried with empress before that, one puppet left with 1k hp, other with 600)
Only main is mooded with -5% to Life and +53% to Ninjutsu.

Torune - W.Main - Hinata
Karin - Torune's Clone - *

Talents 2 - 3 - 1 - 2 - 2 + Lightning Tiger King (probably didn't even come up, and could/should be replaced with another summon for combos)
it works because Torune (with his normal attacks and combos) and Karin (with 10 hit poison passive) will poison each round, plus puppets are going to poison themselves by attacking Torune's Clone.

1st turn use Torune, then Karin
2nd turn use Giant Rasengan on Ninjutsu Puppet, it should die and Taijutsu puppet should be close to death too (about 3.5k HP left for me). And die by the end of this turn.
3rd turn, put on auto and win.

Used same team to pass 99 with ease

Passed 104 with Empress Team. Took me 5 tries with next setup.
Talents 2 - 3 - 1 - 1 - 2, as with Normal Empress Team, plus LTK as summon.
Only Main mooded to -5 Life, +53% Ninjutsu

I moved Karin to 1st Row to increase her initiative since I have 5xLv1 Iniative Runes on her.

Battle is based a little on RNG, with your main
1st round use Karin. Shikamaru will try to stop her, if he does before she uses her Poison, you probably can't win this battle until you increase her initiative.
Enemy will combo Hinata and put loads of statuses on her. Doesn't really matter, but would be best if main clears her status anyway so she can survive longer.
As enemy attacks Kurenai will recover 20 chakra so put shield on Hinata (even if she's ignited, doesn't matter). Select Sasori.

2nd round use Giant Rasengan on Sasori to stop him from using his prompt. This where RNG matters, your main has to remove sleep from Hinata so Hinata could join in and combo on Sasori, so she would interupt him.
For me by the end of the turn Hinata was on really low HP and died of Poison or Ignite as the round ended. Select Fire Main

3rd round use Giant Rasengan on Fire Main, he will still use his ninjutsu, but shouldn't be a problem.
For me fire Main was left with about 2.5k HP, Sasori with about 1k, after GR. Later main killed Sasori, Jigo revived him, Karin attacked Fire main, Poison killed him at the end of the round.

4th round.
First use Karin, she should poison everyone and bait Shikamaru into targeting her, then use Kurenai's shield on your Main.

5th round.
Cooldowns, Sasori should be dead by now.

6th round
Giant Rasengan

7th round
Giant Rasengan (tho I actually got interupted by Shikamaru, but still was fine)

8th round
Giant Rasengan (if you were interupted by Shikamaru, if you weren't you won in 7th round)

1st round
Use Hinata's Mystery. During round your team should combo on L.Main and take at least half of his HP away.
Select Ningendo

2nd round
Giant Rasengan on Ningendo. Select Kimimaro.
LMain should be dead by the end of the round.

3rd round
Use Karin or Kurenai and Giant Rasengan on Kimimaro.
I actually had to wait this round out, since my main was under Immobile status from round before.
(if your main isn't under Immobile use Giant Rasengan on Kimimaro, should be no problem from here to clean with Auto even)

4th round
Use Giant Rasengan on Kimimaro if you didn't in last round, you can Auto to win.
