I've noticed that Bee always casted his skill on lowest hp.
If Cee has taken damage that means he will heal himself twice.

i dont think he's completely useless. His mystery does remove all buffs. that's a huge advantage to current meta.

i have never used Cee, but it said all affected ninjas.
Therefore any ninjas, those are not lightning and affected by blindness, buffs will get removed.
I think he's good in PvP, against those teams stacking shields and buffs like Ao&Mei Team

wouldn't Mabui play better place than him in that team? in regard of healing or even chakra recovery, plus initial shield.

He can't be that useless; otherwise they wouldn't make him so unique or specific rather.
He's not too versatile to play with other mains or other ninja attributes. That has come to where at his advantage and disadvantage with his mystery.

I need to find someone who can actually abuse his mystery effectively.
