Mystery: Earth Style: Golem Jutsu
- Summons the Stone Giant into fight
- Causes damage to entire enemy team, and Knockdown to selected target if Giant is present.
- Immune to interruption
Standard: Earth Style: Petrifying Jutsu
- Creates a shield based on own 20% resistance.
- Applies to two allies with lowest HP from your team.
Chase: Earth Style: Sphere of Graves
- Chase Repulse
- Cause Knockdown
Passive: Summon Stone Giant
- At the beggining of combat summons Stone Giant (using mystery automatically ;p)
- Stone Giant has 100% of your own life
Passive: Defender of Hidden Stone
- At beggining of combat applies shield based on own 40% resistance.
- Max. 6 ninjas from all ally teams.
- Only Earth and Fire attribute ninjas can receive this shield.
Akatsuchi's growths are overall average to bad, excluding his great HP growth (almost as high as Naruto's), so I guess he could make for a decent tank, but personally I see him only as support character. Not prompt mystery doesn't help his poor damage, but the shields are quite good, and giant tanks well from what I observed.
What are your thoughts about this ninja? What kind of lineup would you use him in? Would you use him at all?

he is amazing, mystery isnt prompt but cant be interrupted. and if the golem dies the mystery will bring it back
highest stats are life and resistance, golem gets life = to him, plus shields are based on his resistance.
shield earth and fire and the shields will go to other team members (ranked, team instance, GNW) as well if you dont fullfill the 6 ninjas he can shield in your team untill it actually shields the 6.
puts 2 shields every round.
golem cant be comboed and is immune to all debuffs, so with luck the mirror from opponent will reflect to him and do nothing.
his damage is low, but he is a tank so who cares, you have other ninjas to do the job.
i really dont see any negative points with him, very complete ninja that works well with others, even if you dont have him on your main team, i bet you can find him a place in one of the ranked teams.
I use him in my team atm to test his uesfullness, and he is really not too bulky. I would say that what makes him tanky are constant shields, and not his own stats. That being said, I have a decent combo with him, Shurado and Tobi, while using fire main :) Only thing I lack is dispersing debuffs, since those get quite annoying. -

depends on how you use him, i go like this
FMain - Ninja1 - FM clone
Akatsuchi - Ninja2 - Golem
That way combo starters are on move 1 and 2 and protected by clone and golem.
in your case Tobi would be move 1 and Shurado would be move 2 i guess
this way it will take a long time for them to even reach him and they will be wasting mysteries if they target him because his life can survive 2 combos, depending on power difference.
but i would replace Shurado with Ningendo if you have Rhino summon for interrupt mid combo with chaos, altough that is just a preference i have since i fight people way stronger then me and interrupting really reduces the damage i take and gives me a chance at a win
My Fire Main is the combo starter on move 1, and Tobi on 2. Shurado is too frail, even if protected by golem. So he is move 3 instead, and just delivers fatal *s, or interrupts barriers (or any other not prompt skills). If I had Ningendo, I would forget Shurado exists, but RNGesus didn't bless me with anything special, so I am here with probably worst Pain (at least imo).
It really hurts me that I am unable to interrupt with chase, but there is nothing I can really do, as only ninjas I c*e are Shikamaru and Hinata... Hinata doesn't benefit from Akatsuchi, and Shikamaru is difficult to build combos around :v -

On paper, he basically looks like Donald Trump. Walls, walls, and more walls...lots of tankiness and damage absorption.
But I haven't actually seen him in action yet, so I can't say for sure.
Well, Walls and you can't get rid of him for at least a few years (*ogy to tankiness) XD Trump confirmed :v -

I don't use him in my normal team, but for ranked, i use
Akatsuchi Kurotsuchi (Golem)

It's a tanky team, problem is that is lacks damage, but they hold very well.
That's quite cool :) I use him in my main team, works wonders :D with Onoki, I get so many shields too :D -
