• Obito is pretty interesting as he is the only character that I've seen who can chase an effect twice but not cause an effect of his own, I have a hard time imagining where that would come in handy but it's interesting to think about. (Reminds me of a summon)
  
  However, the fact his Mystery is NOT a prompt makes him almost entirely worthless when he could actually be a decent novelty ninja to use.
  
  All you need to do is make his Mystery a prompt and then he'll be worth trying out, the fact it's not makes him so slow.
