If the leader goes to "group members" on the group interface and clicks on the name of the person they want to give leader too, an option will pop up called "pass on position"

they can, with "Impeach Leader", but it costs ingots.

Also takes a full week of afk before it can be done by the SENIORS, which means likely missing 1 round of GNW reward.
If seniors don't take it within 24 hours, then elite? can do it, another 24 hours, anbu? can do it, and finally, after a total of 10 days, anyone could.
But yes, always cost ingots.

Well, you don't neccesarily miss that reward. Seniors can move ppl around, and distribute packs as well.

Now that is not fully correct. Yes, Seniors can move people around during GNW (excluding the other senior and leader), but they are unable to distribute packs. This privilege is only given to the leader of the group.

Leader hasnot logged in for 7 consecutive days Group members can impeach the old leader to become the new leader.Group seniors have the privilege to impeach. Seniors can impeach now after 24 hours, Anbu can participate in the impeaching after 48 hours, elites can participate in the impeaching after 72 hours, all group members can participate in the impeaching.
