Where do you find the list, currently I am at 40k power and I want to know how I rank up.

I personally have no idea where to find the list. I havent tried but i think you can look it up on google or whatever browser

Yannick updates the power ranking list whenever he feels like it, he always sends it to me through discord. The last one was updated on 12/2/16.
Also "blaming top players for making the game p2w" rofl what are you smoking. China is very competitive in games and can you even imagine how much the strongest players on china managed to spend in the 2-3 years the game was out over there?
