All characters have only ONE Chakra Nature, that Nature is the basis of all their Chakra.Danzo has Fire Chakra Nature, but he his capable of launching several Ninjutsu Styles which is not only dependant on your own Chakra Nature.
For instance, some Gekkei Kenkai and Gekkei Tota (Blood Limits) allow the user to release 3 DIFFERENT Style attacks, for instance, Mei Terumi, she has attacks which have Lava Release, Lava Release is a mix of Chakra Styles, not Chakra Nature.

Chakra Style is the same as Chakra Release. You can look for it an inform yourself on this theme. :)
