I feel really sorry for you,

But my best guess is they simply use a password generator, is it possible that you actually used an easily guessed password for your account..or probably from your other games since you are using the same email..and they managed to catch you playing this game as well..

The refund is somehow i don't think you will ever get since the game doesn't did anything to you its more like a human error/fault at place here.

To all players, please increase your game security..you can access the security by clicking on your user login set phone / email recovery to prevent any unauthorized password change..AND never ever post anythng that may attract other players to your account like "I've been saving 300 seal scroll to be used, or i saved up 5k ingot waiting for this event" never..NEVER..
