Actually, he is one of the better ones.

His barrier is for Earth Wind and Fire (for all teams on your side), a mystery that hits 9 characters and if killed they wont ressurect, a standard attack that interupts and even tho it can fail he still gives a random nin 1 attack from his passive anyway. So you wont lose out on a attack. His chase works with lots of characters aswel, including his own ofc. He is a kage, so his growth rates are very good. And he is a funny old little potato man.
To OP, if you want to use him try and use nins that sync with his barrier.
Earth Mains benefit greatly from him since they both are Earth and they can buff eachother.
You might wanna try using Tobi, Kurotschi/ Akatsuchi (not both, to much dmg loss), Mifune, Iruka, Sage Naruto, Asume Wb etc as they all benefit from his barrier and sunch well with Earth.

Onoki buffs everyone's atk/nin and Akatsuchi shields them

dont forget the big golem upfront that cant be comboed and has huge life

That's why they're the ones places above, to eat up the Sleeping fire mains and their Repulse clones. And even when it falls you just bring it back :lol

seems everyone uses sage naruto with anything now. any substitutes for sage naruto?

maybe someone can help me figure out whats wrong with this setup i found. we all know kakashi training isn't a great place to test since there's no attributes to block you and stuff, so i'm having trouble making it fit for pvp.




My Combo's are usually 7, 5, 7, 3+2 in a given 5 rounds ish. but in an actual pvp fight, mirroring and direct hits on the rear ranks are heavily affected.

I changed from water main to fire main to try out this Onoki, I use the following lineup inspired from a video from Kaizer.
It works quite well so far, HUGE damages and control. This Onoki is really nice.

I've been using Onoki since Kage Treasure came out. The lineup that works for me and that became my main team for fire main is with Tobi and Shurado.

Now this is a full glass cannon team, meaning less defense and full on offense. However, the power it contains with the support of Onoki's barrier and passive buff of an extra attack is just awesome.

This lineup works best if you have higher initiative than your opponent.

i guess u do not own onoki.
he is by far one of worst rare ninjas.
his basic stats are all low except for hp
and his growth stats are worst as well. (not worth to do mood)
so basically u cant use no resurrect mystery since it does no damage like mabui does.
and no other special buff or cc.
he is just a tanky buffer not worth to have him.

Here is a team from someone in my group.
I don't know if you have all of these ninja or the summon, but you could probably sub in the purple frog summon.
It works super well. That Tobi chase absolutely kills it. Konan buff mixed with the Onoki buff is too good. Only thing you technically have to worry about is healing, but it deals damage so fast you don't have to worry too much about it, and you can get rid of debuffs with Fire Main's Death Mirage ability. Hope this helped!
