Running Ninja like AO who also provides acupuncture gives all water team ninja shields same for fire and lightning and wind ninja all can get starting shields on ALL applicable character with relevant ninja while earth main only shields 2 and if he wants to interrupt being acupunctured he cant get the extra shield from his 2nd mystery so its pretty balanced. If anything earth mains are at a disadvantage because they cant heal or remove or be immune to debuffs like fire lightning wind water can so they have to run at least 1 healer as a result . If they want to win that is. As a result the dmg output is much lower than the other classes , so yes they are harder to kill but they cant attack themselves and have to use one ninja to heal / remove debuffs so its balanced. I agree here, Shields are strong but we have to give up other stuff for them, such as an auto attack, and are generally easily countered if you play smartly. Fire teams running Seal and Feather completely negate Earth MC's without even trying. Water gets a Clone that Acupunctures almost every round. Lightning c*e Assassin's Blade to completely ignore the Earth Main. Wind is the only one truly at a disadvantage to us.
