  • ITs Directly related they dont just get shields for nothing they have to sacrifice a really powerful mystery to have access to a bigger shields and water and all other mains have access to much bigger shields on ALL their team members passively as opposed to just 2 like earth main does . Those shields usually last till turn 3 at which point the fight is usually over. I can see how it can be a problem for people in survival but in survival you can just restart with a tailored team so its really an issue of people being stubborn rather than earth main being op.
That mystery only shields the main, which should be the last ninja your opponent is targeting.

If you need to rely on that mystery at any time for shielding purposes, you've already lost the fight.

(not saying there aren't reasons at all to use that mystery, just not for the shield it gives)
