I want Server merge above everything else, my server is dead.
Only 3 groups do GNW, it's a pain in the @ss to plunder I wont even talk about 9tails.
I'm sad because make new server brings more money than merges...

I don't think it is greed as much as it is smart business sense. They want to capitalize on the rarity of them and an event being the only way to get them before Kage Treasure comes about later makes sense. If you want the ninjas early, you'll pay/work for them. Otherwise you take your chances with the draws. That's pretty much how it is. However, greed would factor in depending on just how much they're asking for said ninjas. That's all about perspective though.
