I saw that someone said tendo pain will be on sale... oh boy... my 400 seals... the pain will be real, lol.

Well its normal, he starts to get old, at least when Kage gets here.
later when Kage is old again, you gonna see Raikage, Susano'o Itachi & Susano'o Sasuke in normal events.

even on CN Tendo is super old now, you can get him from the chase missions, or that new Exam feature free frags from boss battles. :lol
