Kage Seals though?

Why do people keep thinking Kage Treasure will come out? Isn't the Temp treasure still up that they put out Because the rest of the Kage Treasure wasn't near ready?

Kazekage runs out today with the maintence. Most people follow the schedule of german servers when they got kage which was after Kazekage thats why.

The real Kage Treasure came out right after the temp? Why waste the time on the temp one at all then? That seems like a waste.
