Water isn't really known for having very high chase combos as the highest true chase combos i can think of with a water main is only a 9 chase combo, but there is a 9 chase true combo that water has exclusively. a water ninja can successfully link Kimimaru, Kakashi, and Sasuke in a true combo if the water main uses Chakra Dissection Blade and have the Fukurokumaru Summon. The Healing set has the best survival rating. If you don't want to use healing tips to improve your healing, then use neurotoxin to cause immobile since chakra blade always crits.
Keep in mind, what i mean by "true combo" is a chase combo that will always go off no matter what mystery is used to set it off.

i said in my comments that if you don't like improving your healing you c*e neurotoxin, that's what i use currently
