I have one suggestion.

Suggestion: To be able to "link" items in chat. All the other un-official Naruto MMORPG games have this option/ability. Kinda sad that we do not.

Suggestion: To be able to use the greater then/less then ( > & < ) in chat. Don't know why those two characters are blocked.

  • Why would you want to "link" your item in world chat ?
There are a ton of reasons. One example is to help out other players. To chat with them what item(s) they need to do a certain action.

Another example is to show another player/group the stats of an item you have.

  • You don't really need to link items in chat, especially for the reason you have for showing people your equipment. You can click on other players' names in the chat window and choose to view their "data", which shows you what team they have, and what equipment they have.
How do you view what ninja tools a player has?
