For the ninja tools, where/when do I start getting ones for the gourd, book and blade spots?

For costumes (clothing), where/how do you obtain fragments for the costumes?

Gourd can be gotten from the Gaara TI aswell as the 81 TI (Altough the stats are better on the one in gaara's)

Book, Blade c*so be gotten in the 81 Ti and Cudgel which is the spot next to it can be recieved from the 70 TI.

The costume shards have only been in events so far.

Ah ok thanks, as for getting it from Gaara, is it just luck that it shows up or is it that special reward for teaming up with a lvl5+ friend?

normally you get 3 rewards for doing ti/day but if you are doing with a lvl5+ friend you can do it 4th time for friendship reward.

The higher the friend level the higher the chance of getting better gear, supposedly anyway. Not sure if that's confirmed or not.

No, there's nothing like that.

You only get 1 extra run with a level 5 or higher friend, thats about it. Rest all depend on RNG.
