Hey im having trouble logging into my game. I was switching my main from lighning to fire, after i switched the game automatically refreshed and wont allow me to log in. I tried clearing my cache and restaring my comp and internet, which didnt help. The game is working when i try different severs.

Oasis is constantly merging servers, so maybe that's the reason. Saying to you "just clear the cache or install the latest client" is useless.

Probably you should try that, but several users are reporting issues during login and while they play, the infamous "you are offline" message.

i hate this 14% error too. crops up every day now. clear cache doesnt work. i have to switch on my vpn and then login and then switch it off and then login.

Hello,

if you are getting login verification problem, please do this :

Log out from all of your accounts, including forum and Facebook account, clear you cache and then login back to your account. But only into the game.

yes. even with the mini client now.
and if it does load it jumps from 14% to 100% and then ingame i get request errors quite often.

Hey, sorry for late reply. Then it must be problem with your internet connection. It is probably unstable. Did you try VPN ?

yes, with VPN it works fine mostly. But other browser games are working fine with this ISP and without VPN. which location are the servers at?
