So i notice that shikamaru buffs hidden jutsu ninjas... which sort of buff shino and ino who has a secret technique icon... I was wonder why does it not buff hinata,sasuke,neji....???is it BUG?

they have the same logo saying secret technique. So I was just really wondering why it wont work on them too? it works on choji ino shino for all i know.
