When there was a initial reply by you, it was to be understood based on your postion on this forum, that you'd seen my past post.
I supported, with pictures, on my initial post of the things that were asked by you in your last post.
If the company was actually going through each person that supported proof on not receiving something they paid for, as you made us feel, then both the person above and myself should not have to "re-submit" information.
All the requested information, as well as the screen shot were posted prior, that is all you need.
This needs to be rectified.
