1＃ Go ToI recharged $50, or 2500 ingots, but I didn't receive my Thanksgiving Wheel spins.
My server name is 28: Tobirama.
Not entirely sure how to show this, except to give a screenshot of my coupons and ingot count, showing that I used my ingots to recharge my Jonin Medal.
I know the mods said that the daily spins would disappear after the day was over, but I know this is not the case as I did this, like 10 minutes ago.

Not a single moderator has answered yet? Wow.
That's extremely disappointing. Would it really be that hard to show some respect for your playerbase and at least answer our concerns?
The fact that I see the moderators for "Customer Service" active in other threads shows that you've seen this thread, but chose to ignore it... which is even more frustrating.

I've recharged another $50 since the last incident, which explains the 17 spins for the day, but I've attached my paypal history to show that there was $100 recharged last night.
Also the PayPal history shows that I'm a commited player and supporter of the game, and would just like my spins and nothing else.

I have a question and i dont want to make new thread ... so i will ask here . Did recharge amount reset every day ? I donate 50 ingots (0.99 USD) each day from beggining of event and i got 0 spins so far.Donating 3 times for 50ingots for 1 day give you 1 free spin thats work , but donating 3 days in a row for 50ingots dont. Is this how its suppose to work ??

It was explains in the "News" section that the daily spins are just that: daily. They reset every day.
Thank you for finally taking notice of the problem. I still haven't gotten my spins, but I'll be patient. Today is the last day of the event, so I am very anxious.

hOI. You seem to be having trouble understanding what Oppai said.
Let me put it this way.
Spins reset every day. Spins cost 150 ingots. Every day you need 150 ingots to spin. That's it. Whatever you recharged yesterday does not factor in, because, keyword: it resets.
The whole premise of the wheel is a cash grab that makes you spend more than you're comfortable to get an even multiple of 150 to avoid wasting spins.
It was designed this way. -
