I recharged $50, or 2500 ingots, but I didn't receive my Thanksgiving Wheel spins.

My server name is 28: Tobirama.

Not entirely sure how to show this, except to give a screenshot of my coupons and ingot count, showing that I used my ingots to recharge my Jonin Medal.



I know the mods said that the daily spins would disappear after the day was over, but I know this is not the case as I did this, like 10 minutes ago.

Not a single moderator has answered yet? Wow.

That's extremely disappointing. Would it really be that hard to show some respect for your playerbase and at least answer our concerns?
The fact that I see the moderators for "Customer Service" active in other threads shows that you've seen this thread, but chose to ignore it... which is even more frustrating.

It was explains in the "News" section that the daily spins are just that: daily. They reset every day.

Thank you for finally taking notice of the problem. I still haven't gotten my spins, but I'll be patient. Today is the last day of the event, so I am very anxious.

My information is in the beginning of this thread. It's the reason this thread was even created. I said that I recharged 2500 ingots. I said that I had recharged not 10 minutes since this thread was opened, so around 12am 3 days ago.

I explained everything you needed and wanted to know, even before you asked.

How are you going to push the blame onto the players?

Absolutely shameful. You blatantly lie and promise that we will be given our due rewards for recharging and supporting this game, when you are perfectly aware that you cannot help.

If I told you that I recharged at around 12:05 AM on November 28, 2016, what would you say? "I'm sorry, but you should have said that earlier?" "'Around' is not good enough. Please mention the time accurate to the seconds?"

Why make excuses about the exact time and date of recharge when the event is over? Why not tell people this information when the event was going on, instead of consciously ignoring the users for 3 days? There's a similar post on this forum where people responded to your reply in the exact same format you requested and you proceeded to ignore them there too.

It must be nice, gallivanting and drooling in the General section about Mei's arrival, instead of doing your job and giving a short reply to people that need help.
