Hi, this is a guide for exam 101 for earth main. I did it with just 27k power, level 80 and not fully awakend and cultivated ninjas. Here are my stats:

Round 1: Select Zabuza, after Ino heals spec with her on Zabuza. Select Kakashi.
Round 2: Spec with Kankuro on Kakashi. Select Jiraiya.
Round 3: Spec with Crimson on Jiraiya. Select Zabuza, spec with Ningendo (Make sure he get chaosed so next turn he can't use his spec). Select Kakashi.
Round 4: Spec with Kankuro on Kakashi. Select whoever has the highest hp.
Round 5: Spec with Crimson. You should be able to do it with auto from this round.

There isn't that much rng in this exam. The only one is Ningendo's chaos on zabuza (round 3), but that is a high chance in succeeding. Also make sure that Kankuro's puppet doesn't die throughout the whole fight.
