Offensive:

GNW Kiba, 3 star Sasuke and 3 star Tenten.
-Regenerative healing jutsu
-Healing jutsu
-Chakra blade
-Neurotoxin
-Water clone jutsu
Sasuke 1 Kiba 2 Main 3 and Tenten 4.
Summon:Kamatari. Kamatari takes 4-5 days on average to gain.
This team is all about damage and doesn't have much tank.

Defensive:

Kabuto,Kisame and Hinata. The summon is the bull. Also this is a double heal team.
Mystery-Regenerative Healing jutsu
Attack-Healing jutsu
Passive-Water dragon jutsu
-Healing tips
-Water clone jutsu.
This team is for long distance battles so it could also be useful in arena. I recommend putting a lot of mood into Kabuto's resistance as to make his clones last longer.

At Lvl 45 you will get your * kicked by everyone else that has full 3 star offensive and defensive lineups. Unfortunately your ninjas don't help the case. :( As water main we can't really rely on combos or damage. Work towards getting Jonin armor, 3 star ninjas,full lvl 3 magatamas and sweep elite instances for more ninjas. Kabuto can be bought from the Trial shop, Kisame can be bought from the Group shop and GNW Kiba is the MUST HAVE ninja for any water main because of his AOE damage and CC.Worst case scenario, use normal Kiba. :) Obviously you don't have summons or full talents but these are the teams you should go for.
