Personally i didnt got that far yet, but heard from other players that you might get around 1 every 30 days or so.

The rate is really low and to garantee it you have to pass exam 120.

Same problem here, I have 2 weeks sweeping ninja exam, and still not a single super kage scroll :@

After i cleared 100 exam for almost 2 months by now, I haven even got 1 super kage scroll, while one of my group mate got 2 of it within 3 weeks after his first clear...is just RNG rather they favour you or get rekt :L

lvl 100 only kages for sure.... superkages is rng.. stop asking for that...
