Just for you know the one who take L is the one who work hardest. Because we barely got 10 members and all suffered from power lost. We have to work our asses up to recover from that, not to mention to actually get improve. 1m2 coins per day from all members to the group fund mean we can't actually improve anything for over the past month, we are just recover while people stay in strong group can improve themself easily.
I dont think those who stay in large group are hard workers. At least when you compare them to people who break out and stand on their own.
Like I said everyone get rewards, it's group points. Packs are just extra rewards for the strongest and contributed a lot for the group. They let the leader distribute packs manually for reasons.
Some will left to take risk and gain more. Some will stay just to have an easily life. It's fair. If someone choose an easy way they need to wait longer than others who took it the hard way.
Again, packs are just extra rewards and no reason to increase the extra rewards.
I don't think that people who stay in smaller groups work harder but that is just my opinion so let's agree to disagree. Speaking from experience tho, I see my people sacrifice for our team more often then not. And we are okay with getting less packs. That being said just because someone is okay with a burden doesn't mean they should have to be. Like tolerating a broken pinky finger for example "Yeah this broken pinky finger *s but I'm okay with it." But at the end of the day you don't want that broken pinky finger.
When people have left my group to attain more packs we see that as greed and it's not looked at very well. But just to point something out, speaking objectively, what you say about group contributions could be viewed at in the same light as how you view GNW packs for large groups. That being said, I understand your point of view.
But atleast the people in my group, they are always trying to get stronger and there is one or two other groups on my server that have people as hard working and dedicated as my members. And they aren't small groups. I'm sure the small ones work hard as well so I'm not trying to turn this conversation into a * contest.
I'm just saying when you get 1st place in GNW you shouldn't have only 9 GNW packs to distribute. At the very least you should have 10. I know one of them technically goes to the leader for first place but all that contains is a title. And you say its easy being in a big (competitive group), IMO its a hell of a lot easier just to show up to GNW and take an L.
