would be nice if everyone participating would get seal scrolls in the mail every step of the way.

Participated twice? ok here's ANOTHER Seal Scroll + some group victories(+win/loss)
three times? oh! you get TWO Seal Scrolls now! + above ^
four times? very nice! you get THREE Seal Scrolls! + above ^
5times?! You deserve another THREE Seal Scroll! + above ^

lol of course it should include some refine runes there and stuff....but if we had something like that would be easier on the leaders that have a lot of players that join in the GNW. Leaders wouldn't be blamed because Xmember didn't get Seal Scrolls this week. Everyone could get something. 70 people join? they were all able to participate 3times? they all get 4 Seal Scrolls :O total of 280 seals!!
50 people...all able to participate all 5 times...won/lost they all get 10 seal scrolls! :O total of 500 seals~
Of course this would mean groups have to build up their power so they can participate more but this also means that EVERYONE has a chance at getting SOME Seal Scrolls every week.

Personally I don't struggle as much because I give them out based on the weekly participation per person. Alts get no seals UNLESS that week we had very few people in the GNW.
If you participate 4-5 times then you are guaranteed a Seal Pack. 3 times? and you get one after all the people that helped 4-5 fights in GNW. 2times? don't ask for seals :(
New person participating in 4-5 fights for the first time = Legendary Pack(idc about power lvl, usually donates some)
