Funny i just tested GNW Tenten *2 instead of Hidan *3 right now and i did more dmg ( main*4 + anko*5 + iruka*3 + GNW Tenten*2)

In my opinion Dragon Flame Jutsu should be your priority, as it is the skill that does more damage. Also i use the Ooboro clone. At least for me it goes:

Round 1 : Barrier
Round 2 : Main's Dragon Flame Jutsu
Round 3 : Tenten
Round 4 : Barrier (wait for barrier to pop up) + Main + Iruka then retreat after the chase 10 hit combo
