Yeah I could see that a lot of people were fine but look at the number of people all at once who did have issues. And I know it wasn't my connection because I could watch movies on Netflix. So maybe it was just a weird quirk in the system or something, I don't really know. All I do know is everything was cool on my end and I couldn't connect to the game. But all is good today.
Oh shoot just to add something real fast. I didn't ever clear my DNS cache either, so it had nothing to do with that either. Infact at one point I was able to connect for about 45 minutes and then I randomly lost connection and then had the same issue. Couldn't access the Naruto Online homepage or the browser version of the game. OR use the miniclient. So its definitely a very weird problem but it seems to have gone away, atleast for me.

If you are experiencing problem, such as not being able to enter game or main website, it is recommended to clear DNS cache. At least from time to me.
