You c*ways find a char with interrupt/stun(shikamaru.etc..), to break their havoc, or kill them with some jutsu combo or seal combo(Hinata.etc..),
before they use their skill :lol

Or just... stack a lot of Def/Res.

It's not dat OP actually since it's just a jutsu.
Just wait for when you meet 1 of the Pains or Hanzo, they have full cleanse as passive, like no jutsu, at start of their turn, before they do their auto attack or Jutsu.

But still a shout out for Wind, since they gonna have a bit easier time in Expert Mission :P
