I am wondering if this is a bug or exploit or not.

For the Group Activity strong approaching, a team of 3 people in the same group can enter easy strong approaching, and just retreat, and it will count for the group activity. Is this suppose to happen, or is this an exploit? Should it be made to complete Strong Approaching instead
