Using lightning armor + Bloodthirsty seems to do really well in Ranked. As for summons, man the combo simulator still doesn't work (hey to whoever's in charge, Hinata's passive causes knockdown, not repulse!) but at first glance I don't see Kakashi's high-low float ignite chase being used.
