Whole HK region may miss half of the thursday new events, we must be so happy.

Moderators are just as much a player of the game as you are.
So keep in mind that whilst you're losing on your events, we are too.
And it's not just you that's missing out on the events, everyone else is at the same time.
If maintenance is delayed, that means we are trying to solve problems behind the scenes to give you as good a game as we possibly can.
Of course we know that this will bring lots of inconvenience to players, but it is not like we intended these cir*stances to occur.

Terrible answer towards your customers. Even if it may just be a small thing. It is still a delay on your end not the customer's fault. so by answering to your customers in that manner is uncalled for.
