In case this lead to most of HK servers miss convoy or sage today there should be a compensation reward ready when you guys done. That's all I need.

are you serious? if ever the maintenance took the 2 group convoy timeline we wont get any compensation? im just saying if only. i know the maintenance won't go further that long, isn't?

That is correct. To make sure we will provide the best gaming experience for our players, we have to delay maintenance. We are sorry but there is no reason to give players compensation. Compensation for what. ? Updating the game ? I understand some of you might miss first convoy and plunder but that doesn't mean you can't do it later.

Because that's 2 server are 1st EU and 1st HK. It's like they did the job once and copy paste it to other following servers. That's why they only gonna work on these 2 first so in case of bug appear or something go wrong they will only need to trace log and fix 2 servers rather than trace logs of hundreds servers.

But srsly? No compensation in case it make people miss events? Come on, really?

S17 is first European server and S26 is first Asian server. We are updating these servers first to see if there is any problem with update. If there is, it is good if it will affect only few servers and not all servers.

Actually it's for "DELAY" updating the game. That problem come from your side, not your customer's side.
Updating the game is your job, it's not doing your customers a favor or anything. You guys do it because you need us to PAY our money so you guys can have a job.
We customers don't care what you guys doing behind the scene. You guys refuse to answer a lot of player's questions about how the game work so I don't see any reason why players must understand your problems about something go wrong or unexpected things happen during your maintenance.

i want it to be clear, i didn't say if we miss 1 convoy the team should compensate us, i clearly said if we miss the 2 convoys because the maintenance might took the 2nd convoy timeline too.

It is easy for you to say that "I understand some of you might miss first convoy and plunder but that doesn't mean you can't do it later."

How about the guys who wanted to do it much earlier coz they have important things to do? So no chances for them to do it anymore, right? How many times convoy can be done? 2 times only right? He missed the first chance coz of the delayed... Then he won't be able to do their second chance for convoy because of some important matters... can he still do it for the third time? No right?

You should know that everyone's time matters. It is so arrogant for you to say "...there is no reason to give players compensation. Compensation for what. ? Updating the game ? ". Coz as much as possible, players needed manage their time, and need to save time.

Some people are PLANNED to play for MORNING . some does EVENING. . people have work at night too. and on other games. . there some compensation if get interfered by MT with their own events. .
