That is correct. To make sure we will provide the best gaming experience for our players, we have to delay maintenance. We are sorry but there is no reason to give players compensation. Compensation for what. ? Updating the game ? I understand some of you might miss first convoy and plunder but that doesn't mean you can't do it later.
Actually it's for "DELAY" updating the game. That problem come from your side, not your customer's side.
Updating the game is your job, it's not doing your customers a favor or anything. You guys do it because you need us to PAY our money so you guys can have a job.
We customers don't care what you guys doing behind the scene. You guys refuse to answer a lot of player's questions about how the game work so I don't see any reason why players must understand your problems about something go wrong or unexpected things happen during your maintenance.
