my excitements of the event fades now. . due to delays. . 4hrs of delays. it might add more. .

There have been events like the Lucky Board and Lucky Stars which have med. threads in its reward lists. These can be gained through coupon savings and luck.
I feel there's no real need to go beyond lv3 since, like you said, most f2p players will be at lv3, this creates a level playing field. However if you must become stronger than everyone else then you must look to extraordinary means to acquire such power.
I've friends who are 40-60% down the line to lv4 rank purely through coupons saved and spent during such events. It just takes a longer time, patience is key.

And you should know that we have real life works to attend to, and as much as possible we need to finish everything before our scheduled real life appointments or work.

Yes, we are on your point that you are trying to solve server problems to avoid inconvenience... BUT ISN'T THIS DELAYED SERVER MAINTENANCE CAUSING US INCONVENIENCE AS WELL? Your maintenance time-frame is bullcrap, even with your time extension for maintenance, you might as well change those time schedules if you can't even follow the schedule. Right?

Then, you guys can't give the players some compensation for it... You ate their time with withdelayed maintenance. So how can you return the lost times they should have used for the events and mission (especially convoy)?

Not trying to be rude, but deal with it. If F2P have to put up with P2W, then you can put up with -100 contribution from convoy. Here is another thought. Convoy and Team Instance are ran multiple times because of that. This game shouldn't be your life. Have fun with what you can do, and keep your hopes up for improvements. Do life and come back and unwind on the game. Don't be focused 24/7 on the game if you have work. Work first, have fun later. Have a nice day!

You need to finish everything before your real life appointments. Thats right and we all can understand it. We moderators have the same goal. Buts lets bee honest, how often does it happen here that it takes longer for the updates? This time there was an error and we need to fix it before we can open the servers again. Thats the Job of the developers who cant do anything else in the meantime in terms of their normal work. The moderators need to stay active on the Froums because alot of Players are staying here and wait for news about the update. Since we have to turn our focus onto threads like this we cant do our normal work either. Which means we have to do it later when you are already playing again.
Just try to see it from our Side, we are all just humans who like the game. And we should be thankfull that the Developers work hard to make that possible for us.

Is this really the first time of the delays? Make your facts straight honey. You never missed disappointing everyone with these delays.

So where do you think is the problem? do not tell me it is the players fault why maintenance delayed? First mistake, understandable. 2nd mistake, ok a chance. 3rd and so forth - I do not know if I will be happy. Are we not learning something from previous delays?

Are you getting your stated rewards from Medals/Monthly pack/Sign in? If yes, then that is all they have to do.
The game is F2P if you want it to be and your time is important yes, but at the same time if things are missed oh well. The game isn't based around a day or even a week but months. You miss one event or two events and it is in the end of the world? Really. If they promise something or say something then hold them accountable but if they say "Hey, we want to make sure our servers work so you can play the game... then I am open to some flexible hours as I want them to take their time and do it right the FIRST time than to ru* and have the game crash every time someone enters the arena/instance/or challenge etc...

So I will CRITIQUE your post a bit further. They are not obligated to return lost time, that is their choice. You also state that people have scheduled real life appointments. Well play the game after or before your work. Unless you work 16 hours or so, in that case I pity you and admire your work ethic but wonder why you are on the forum. Simple thing is people will make time if they want to.
