I'm regretfully unable to answer your question on how things are processed.
As far as I know, there shouldn't be another event. However, things do happen, so I could be wrong. The last time was something that was not something mods were made aware of. It shouldn't happen again. -

Ah, ok. I was hoping for some sort of spending event to get Minato last minute, but I suppose I can try to recharge one last time to get an event 400 spins to try. -

Do you feel like this discount event is more rough? I have never gotten 30% mood scrolls or 30%+ medium refines. Feels like my luck and a lot of others are much harder. Also it says the max discount for threads is 30%? I got 40% advanced threads, so just wondering. Max medium threads I got was 30%, never got myself 40%. -

I can't really tell you, seeing as I haven't actually recharged yet. I'm saving up all the coupons I can from the monthly pack and jonin medal, for now.

well, i did it, after reset, tried to get another clean 50, i did about 43 more. no minato, puts me a hair under 400 spins. my RNG is complete crap. sigh. I really went all out for this event, over 1k in recharges. Dang. Not a single oroch( not that I wanted him) or minato

PS, the torture of notifications on the magatama and the slow spin landing on 50k coins, literally flashes in my dreams when I sleep. I still cant believe i spent over 1k trying to get a ninja that i will never have. Boy, i really need to take a step back and check my priorities, holy cow.

I spent 1k coupons to attempt to get 30% on mood scrolls.
Seems like 20% is the max. I ended up doing the math, and I would've saved more buying them at regular price from the shop. The ratio of Antidotes and Magic Training Pills is ridiculously high similar to the Wheel Recharge and the 50k coin/maga pack.
Also took me about 100 keys to land 40% discount twice on refine runes, so that 40% is very very low and you're better off getting them at the 10-30% off the free sage keys, as you won't see your coupons back due to the 100 daily limit.
Wanted to max mood a few ninjas I got from previous events. However seeing how this game is heading and the response we're getting back from our feedback will make me think twice again to recharge. For now i'll be a f2p player and oas gaming won't see another penny from out of my pocket until they take these updates seriously...so many bugs and things to mislead people.
My other concern is the daily limit. Why set it to 80 frags a day? I'm putting in few hundred dollars to 5* Iruka and it's literally insanity to spend half someone's paycheque to improve a ninja I already have by a few %. So why annoy the spender's and make them re-roll a ton of sage keys so they hit the 30% discount on Iruka? and stop them in their tracks at 80 frags a day. That's almost 5 days buying 80 frags a day, what if I miss a day? And do you guys have any idea how unlucky someone can get to land on Iruka or even get that 30% off him?
Really fed up at the moment and would like a explanation from a mod/dev.

I legit got into this game thinking I could get him and saw him in the ninja tab and decided to * around for the "event gains" that he was coming in, I fell in love with the game, spent WAYYY more money than I should have, but I enjoyed it, minus the deadness on my server now, ( wish I would have known what server I was picking when I started), but now I'm just genuinely sad/depressed that I went overboard and I didn't even get what I wanted. I can't even go for 2nd hokage, bc I only have 33k ingots left from buying iruka and konan and refines.... and I;m only BA 4.
I dont know, I know the coolest ninjas are hard to get for a reason, but this just seems... like a kick in the crotch and I'm not really sure if I have the desire to keep playing at this rate. Maybe a few week will do me and my wallet some good. -

I just settle for 20%. I don't really need the medium refines, but if I get 30+ then I buy. I bought at max 100 keys and have only been using those. Medium threads has been nice to me and giving me 30%. The only time I got 40% was the advanced threads first day. -

I've been out of online game's for quite some time. Took some time off to study, find a decent profession for living and coming back to gaming, I just can't believe i'd come across the term "milking customers" in this day of age.
There's hardly any games atm that costs this much for p2p. From my gaming experience, most p2p games give you results at "x" spending. The whole RNG thing is ridiculous.
I hope the game devs can think from a p2p player's perspective that they're recharging hundreds to get Minato and they're willing to give up half their month's pay to do it. There's no way getting Minato other than this and for the die-hard fans if they have to give up an arm and leg for him, then they will, but the least you guys do is to give them a chance at what they want and are essentially paying for.
I'm not sure what this companies long term goals are but these updates will tremendously hurt and negatively effect many who pay. And no disrespect to the mods on here, but I would like to read some constructive answers to people's questions and concerns rather than arguing back with them.
*And just one suggestion. If you guys do want to fix this, perhaps set a paywall in the sourcecode so people will land Minato on the xth spin if their RNG luck didn't get him before that xth spin. Also look into the recharge logs for players and perhaps hand them the Minato or even Orochimaru if they've recharged x ingots already. I'm sure you guys can find a base rate to give out these rewards at (i.e. Sarutobi was 25k ingots wasn't it? or even Iruka was 2.5k Ingots and you get x frags)
If the staff of this game is willing to put in the small effort to make it right, they they might keep many paying players such as myself, otherwise my wallet is shut tight for the time being.

What are you going to do? I played the game with the odds stacked against my favor. At least in 33k left from this weeks worth of events. Maybe I'll stop in once a week to see what ninjas are for sale and if anything peaks my interest, but I doubt it. Nothing from Kage treasures interest me except for the 1000 seal ninjas like itachi and sasuke susannoo, which I won't get close to. 2nd hokage is out of my reach. 4th is now out of my reach. and lord know whats I'll have to do to get the 5th hokage. But i doubt my interest will continue to be at that high level of spending if and when 5th comes out. My impulse buying has kinda died with this event. That along with my desire to play. -

yeah, I think my recharging days are over. I'm now going to sit pretty and just see what comes in the future. Who knows, maybe they will * us away with a Christmas/New Years event. -

They do pay attention to these things, think about it this way. Christmas may also have Minato. And the odds might be slightly better. The first Wheel that had Sasori had a 10 x-120 that is a 0.0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 percent chance of winning Sasori in that event. They later did the same event but made the odds more fair and if rolling max again one could win Sasori.
Don't expect them to get things right in the first time. The mod team I'm sure passes on relevant data. Though I wonder if we could come up with a master list of what we as a community want. In fact I am going to put that down in the suggestion area. -
