Try this team
Main - Tobi - Clone
Sasuke - Iruka - Clone
x - x - Clone
Talent 32121 and shark summon for 8 combo

Turn 2 I assume his main will use mystery. I don't know if you go 1st or 2nd but I'll choose to burst down his Gakido in 1 combo thank to male buff and iruka increase your damage by a lot. After that use main mystery to cleanse all debuffs and reset your Tobi's mystery cd.
Turn 3 burst down his Tobi because I'm pretty sure he will cast his mystery this round. After that he might revive but he is not a threat anymore.
After that you basically win the fight already because your Tobi will always faster than his Tobi because ur in slot 1, wait for cd and kill him. His main and Hinata will go down eventually.
