1、Servers Affected: S17, S26
Time:November 24th, 2 AM - 4 AM UK Time, 10 AM – 12 PM HK Time.

2、Servers Affected: All Europe and Asia Servers
Time:November 24th, 6:30 AM - 8 AM UK Time, 2:30 PM – 4 PM HK Time.

where on server 26. . already 3:15PM here. .

Dear Ninjas,

In order to create a best environment for everyone to play, there has been a delay on today's maintenance.
The maintenance for S17 and S26 will last for another two hours.
All other servers' maintenance will be delayed according to the situation.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

There is no ETA, The Devs work as hard as they can to fix all the problems and assure you a smooth gameplay after the maintenance

what is real feedback to you mods then? players are telling you that they would like to be compensated if they missed the timed events due to server maintenance. Is that not feedback?
But the answers you guys gave were: "sorry no compensation? and That is correct. To make sure we will provide the best gaming experience for our players, we have to delay maintenance. We are sorry but there is no reason to give players compensation. Compensation for what. ? Updating the game ? I understand some of you might miss first convoy and plunder but that doesn't mean you can't do it later."

To me I really could care less if we get compensated. I'm more annoyed at the tone used to tell players they won't be. Why can't you guys just say hey I'll bring this higher up and see if we can work something out. BTW it is normal practice for gamers to be compensated if there is extended maintenance and it caused disruption to timed events.

Well bad customer service happens because customers are willing to suffer it. If you haven't voted with your feet in reply to that tone (which has been consistently that way right from the beginning) then you've pretty much okayed it. Unless of course you know someone in the upper management.
